| Abstract:
A Polish chemical company is looking for a technology for manufacturing chlorine derivatives. Transportation of chlorine into the factory should not be taken into account, as chlorine is being produced on-site at the company. They are looking for a licence agreement, a joint venture agreement or a technical co-operation.
|
| Description:
A Polish chemical company is manufacturing a large amount of chlorine as a by-product. The concentration of chlorine is at least 99.5 %, and it is available in liquid form in amounts up to 18,000 tons per year. This surplus chlorine should be used at the factory for manufacturing of chlorine derivatives. The details on the category of chlorine derivatives will be a subject of further negotiations.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
A technology for producing of chlorine derivatives should be economically viable and effective. It should use as feed chlorine produced on-site at the factory and should be competitive in comparison with other technologies already present on the market. The technology should comply with all relevant Polish laws and regulations with respect to the protection of environment. Implementation of the technology should be environmentally friendly and must not create any hazards, in particular to the quality of surface and underground waters, soil and earth in the factory surroundings.
