Abstract:

A Polish SME is offering innovative software tools - new DLL (Dynamic Link Library) libraries, working in a Windows environment, intended to analyse images and, through peculiarities in the images, to detect movement in real time. These libraries allow the implementation of programs to guard properties or detect movement in every programming language for Windows environments. The company is looking for joint venture partners and industrial partners interested in further development.

Description:

A private (SME) Polish firm is offering innovative software tools - new DLL (Dynamic Link Library) libraries that allow the detection of movement of objects to be carried out by comparing a sequence of images from a video, according to the intended threshold of detection. The offer relies on an algorithm that automatically adjusts the detection threshold in response to changes of light. Through the use of a video card, the offered DLL libraries allow innovations such as the creation of software to guard property or detect motion in every programming language under Windows (e.g.: C/C++, Delphi, Visual Basic, etc). The offered solution is universal with respect to hardware, and works with every video card that works correctly in MS Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000) and uses supplied documentary evidence (with known description) on methods of compression. The method of compression used is allowed to lose colour quality only.
