A large Polish IT company developed a system that enables online
user identification and accounting. The system offers customer
management with advanced workflow management facilities, accelerates
the speed of order management and allows carriers to co-operate with

System functionality covers users' authentication, authorisation
and accounting of performed services. All of those actions are taken
in real time, what is the key element concerning services that
demand it (i.e. pre-paid services). The system performs the critical
functions required for the effective deployment and billing of
