Abstract:

A Polish SME company has developed software that manages the flow of Short Message Service (SMS) to customers. Software is designed for firms and institutions, that have several contacts with their clients, and where information flow is important. Wizja.net is interested in development and distribution of the system ? also as a module of any other application, e.g. complex company management system.

Description:

SMS.WIZJA system is an application that manages contacts with clients, workers and partners via SMS. Form, date and content of message is customizable and depends on parameters. Software can also be integrated with any customer management system in a company ? it can also import customer database and others. The system includes a protocol that cooperates with SMS gateway managed by the company. In that situation there is a report after message delivery.
